I have nothing but respect for Clint Eastwood. He made one of my favorite movies of all time. And I can take Angelina Jolie in small doses. But this poster gives me the creeps.
Hello, little man.

This designer should be shot and Eastwood should be smacked with a blivet for approving it. Unfortunately the movie company looks like they don’t have faith in it so have turned to promoting that Angelina is in it.
This movie preview looks interesting and it has the guy from Burn Notice in it.
Is the movie about her eating tiny, shrunken children by sucking off their heads like crawfish? You’re right, kind of creepy.
Um, it has John Malkovich in it and you’re wondering why the poster is weird?
Pimp – Blivet…yessir.
Kelly – It’s either about her eating tiny children or adopting them. I’m not sure which frightens me more.
Erin – good point, but I guess I would be more frightened if Billy Bob Thornton or her brother were in it.
Kelly – I’d pay to watch that!
But I dunno. Yeah it is kind of odd considering what the movie is about but I don’t see it as that big of a deal. There are plenty of stupid posters out there.
I have to disagree. I think the movie poster for “Young Einstein” is the most disturbing of all time.
Dave – Is that because of the subject matter or that dude’s hair?
Is it an inside joke? What am I missing?
Jerry – Welcome…to which part are you referring when you ask about the inside joke?
Curious as to why you think this is the worst poster ever? I thought maybe I was missing something.
Jerry – I guess it’s the forced perspective and the look on Angelina Jolie’s giant face. I mean, wouldn’t you be disturbed if you woke up one day and saw someone’s giant head looking down at you?
Look at the predatory gleam in her left eye. Note the lips, pursed for completely airtight suction. Maybe the reason it’s called “The Changeling” is that the kid changes into a crawfish. He doesn’t even appear to have arms in the poster! Eerie.
Her lips look open to me, like she is trying to blow away the wispy shadow in the corner. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what I would do if I woke up and saw Angelina’s giant head looking down on me…just kidding… 🙂
I guess it is sort of creepy, but I’d have to see the film first.
PS–The Doors sang a song called The Changeling. FWIW.
Just when you thought those lips couldn’t get any bigger . . .
